COMPOSITION:
Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose IP 1.0% w/v
Stabilized Oxychloro Complex 0.0075% w/v
(As preservative)
Sterile aqueous vehicle q.s.
ACTION:
Eye lubricant like Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose keep the eye moist, help to protect the eye from injury & infections and decreases symptoms of dry eyes such as burning, itching and feeling as if something is in the eye.
INDICATIONS:
For temporary relief of burning, irritation and discomfort due to dryness of the eye or due to exposure to wind or sun. Also may be used as a protection against further irritation. Also recommended for contact lens users.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Turn the tamper proof cap anti-clockwise to break the seal. Remove the cap, dispense drops with gentle pressure. Replace the cap immediately after every use.
APPLICATION:
Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye as needed or as directed by the Physician.
WARNING:
To avoid contamination, do not touch nozzle tip of the vial to any surface. Replace cap after using. If you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, discontinue use and consult a Physician. Use the solution within one month after opening the container.
FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. NOT FOR INJECTION.
SIDE EFFECTS:
When used as directed, no significant side effects are anticipated. Ocular irritation and allergic reactions have been reported occasionally.
STORAGE:
Store below 30°C. Protect from light & moisture. Do not freeze.
